Scientific Oasis - Association for Engineering, Decision Making, and Operational Research was established in 2014 as the European Centre for Operational Research (ECOR), operating under the umbrella of the Regional Association for Security and Crisis Management (RABEK). In 2023, ECOR became an independent association and was renamed Scientific Oasis (SCIO Association).

The SCIO association was founded in 2014 by prominent international scientists and university professors.

Focus Areas:

Advanced Engineering Systems: research and development of innovative engineering solutions, automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing technologies.
Decision Science and Analytics: data-driven approaches, machine learning, and AI to enhance decision-making, predictive models, and optimization frameworks.
Operational Research and System Optimization: optimization of complex systems, supply chains, logistics, and resource management with mathematical modeling for efficiency and productivity.
